Sales Consultant (Inbound Travel)

Job description:

• Making reservation for the full services of the confirmed tours including transportations, hotels, flights, cruises, tour guides, meals as well as amending any part of the services per sales requests.

• Reconfirm the reserved services before the date of using service.

• Handling the problems that may arise.

• Summarize the costs of the confirmed services and payment deadline to report to accounting department.

• Negotiating and updating the service contracts with suppliers annually.

Requirement:

• Education: College/University degree in Tourism – Hospitality/ Foreign Language/ Business

• Experience: At least 1 year experienced in the inbound tour operator job is privileged.

• Skill: Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Good communication, organization and negotiation skills; Strong customer care

• Language: Excellent speaking and writing English

• Attitude: Hard working, careful; Able to work under high pressure and overtime; Enthusiastic, passionate
